Feeling awkward that you do not know how to set a table properly? Would you inwardly cringe at a dinner where there were two or more forks? What about which silverware to use? A little embarrassed that you do not know how to cook? Threatened by a Cuisinart? What knife do I use to cut whatever this is in front of me?
With a history of 1500 years of offering hospitality (OK it is a collective history—not St. Emma’s in particular!), we Benedictine nuns of St. Emma Monastery in Greensburg, PA offer you two opportunities to learn how to
prepare a nice mealin an hour, set a table, serve and, of course, clean up.
